I'm worried slightly about adding "near-executions" to the execution pages, especially as the execution pages are meant to be as exhaustive as possible for the periods and locations they cover. What about a separate page off of the capital punishment page: "List of commuted or overturned death sentences" or something similar? - Seth Ilys 21:32, 1 Jan 2004 (UTC)

Sounds good to me - I wasn't really sure where to put it, I just needed to de-orphan that page. ;) Morwen 21:43, Jan 1, 2004 (UTC)

Jesse Tafero (this person was later found to be innocent[1].)

He was NOT proven to be innocent. The evidence shows he most likely is guilty.
