Proposed merger, with "List of people from Massachusetts" surviving.
edit
Recently created, is List of Famous people from Massachusetts (which came into existence from the article on Massachusetts--because the listing within the Massachusetts article was impairing that article). It looks like the new "famous" list should be merged, and this list article, the older "List of people from Massachusetts" surviving, since it follows the title, form and categories of similar lists for other states. -- Yellowdesk 20:05, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
- Merger accomplished March 14, 2007, with this edit by User:Otto4711. The "list of Famous people from Massachusetts" is now a redirect. Editing to properly integrate the two lists is now desirable. -- Yellowdesk 04:37, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, yes it is. I was just about to ask about that. - Denimadept (talk) 23:01, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
Tony Amonte is a hockey player, not a baseball player.
Interior Design?
editI think this section needs to be deleted. The only person in it put himself there and his article is written like an advert. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dough007 (talk • contribs) 06:37, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
Duplication of names?
editIs it intentional that some names are listed twice? For instance, John F. Kennedy, Edward Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Tip O'Neil, and possibly others are listed in two different sections. Thanks KConWiki (talk) 20:06, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
Ruth Pointer?
editWhy is Ruth Pointer listed? Her article says nothing about Massachusetts, and it seems that whole Pointer family is actually from California. 91.154.188.185 (talk) 14:54, 28 April 2018 (UTC)
