Living people
editPer Wikipedia:Biography of living persons I removed the unsourced living persons entries for this list. If people want to add sources for those entries here is the diff. [1] Garion96 (talk) 03:40, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
Deceased?
editI am curious as to why it is necessary to list "deceased" after the names of the dead. It seems to imply, given the subject of the list, that their deaths were caused by MS, which is not the case. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 208.146.45.110 (talk) 23:19, 28 February 2007 (UTC).
- A more helpful indication, used on some WP list articles, is to add (YOB-YOD) after the name, in YYYY format. -- Deborahjay (talk) 21:37, 22 December 2019 (UTC)
Honestly...
editagreed!!!
What's the point of this? There are millions of people with MS... and I feel like making a list on Wikipedia would be a waste of space. We can't document millions of people with a disease...
I just think this is farfetched...
I agree that is impossible to write a list with everybody with MS, however until now only "famous people" (using the term famous as people who have its own article in wikipedia) and whose disease is confirmed (therefore the obligation of citing) are included in the page. --Garrondo 12:15, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
- If this article merely lists "famous" people with MS, then shouldn't the article be renamed? Hammer Raccoon 17:37, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
Sounds a good idea. With the name it has now anybody should be able to write its name... Anyway I don´t know yet how to rename an article (I suppose every link pointing to this article should also be renamed)--Garrondo 07:46, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
- That was discussed before and decided against it. See List of brain tumor patients, List of people with epilepsy, list of hiv-positive people. See also Wikipedia:Lists_(stand-alone_lists)#Naming_conventions. Garion96 (talk) 07:56, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for clarifying that. Hammer Raccoon 14:29, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
Tim Allen?
editHis name is on the list with no relevant sources. I even went out of my way to google it with nothing. If his name goes back up, provide a legit source, not a description beside his name with illegitimate claims. It is a list after all. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.204.224.244 (talk) 10:21, 17 October 2014 (UTC)

Website with possible additions
editA website of and for MS patients gives an alphabetical list of famous people with MS. It doesn't provide cited sources but these of course could be searched and added if there are pages in WP. -- Deborahjay (talk) 21:41, 22 December 2019 (UTC)
