Government in exile
editI removed this content as WP:UNDUE. This is a government that had no recognition, no territory, no significant budget or influence (as opposed to the 1939-45 government in exile that was recognized, had influence on the ground in Poland, and has a rather large exile army).Icewhiz (talk) 13:08, 30 May 2018 (UTC)
- I was partly (unofficially) recognized, worth notice. GizzyCatBella (talk) 05:57, 31 May 2018 (UTC)
- It wasn't recognized by any state - so it was unrecognized other by itself and like-minded affilated organizations. We do not list pretenders and unsupported claimants in list articles of other countries.Icewhiz (talk) 06:24, 31 May 2018 (UTC)
- It is recognized by Polish state and government.--MyMoloboaccount (talk) 22:17, 31 May 2018 (UTC)
- By the post 1989 government? In which manner is it recognized? Does the current Polish adminstration consider all laws and decisions passed by the government in exile (post 1945) to be in force? Is there a source for this? And even if this is correct, so?22:22, 31 May 2018 (UTC)
- Look I. you need to get consensus first - (*restoring well established material (included in the article longer that 4-6 weeks) being removed by I.)GizzyCatBella (talk) 22:45, 31 May 2018 (UTC)
- There is no stable version provision un English Wikipedia, Bella. If you restore fringe material - it is your responsibility. And please do not use false edit summaries when removing properly placed tags.Icewhiz (talk) 04:18, 1 June 2018 (UTC)

- For the record, yes, there are several legal acts that regulate the continuity of government and legal aspects between Government in Exile and current government in Poland. There was official handover of power as well, with last President in Exile recognized as such and welcomed as a head of state in Poland when he arrived in Poland in December 1990, a full list of legal acts is at the end of this file[1].— Preceding unsigned comment added by MyMoloboaccount (talk • contribs)
- Those are symbolic in nature, mainly. There is absolutely no reason to include here prime ministers that were recognized by no one of note at the time of their service - we do not do so for other countries. We do not list the son of the Shah or the MEK government in List of heads of state of Iran for instance..Icewhiz (talk) 04:22, 1 June 2018 (UTC)
