Apparent unannounced name changes
editThe IAU page now spells HD 145457's name "Kamuy"; it used to be "Kamui". There are also names for HAT-P-21 and its planet from Mongolia that weren't there before. What is going on? SevenSpheresCelestia (talk) 20:14, 14 March 2020 (UTC)
- Okay, there's a source for it - the note here dated 2020-03-01. SevenSpheresCelestia (talk) 02:00, 15 March 2020 (UTC)
- An IP user recently edited the page to change the spelling of "Berehinya" to "Berehynia". Looking at the IAU page, it seems to have been changed there too. This time the change isn't mentioned by IAU-CSN.txt. Everyone needs to be on the lookout for more of these changes. SevenSpheresCelestia (talk) 20:10, 17 March 2020 (UTC)
