Wikipedia:Notability#Stand-alone_lists clearly states One accepted reason why a list topic is considered notable is if it has been discussed as a group or set by independent reliable sources. This list meets the criterion as it exists (for the Sheffield area) at the presently unmaintained site at https://public-art.shu.ac.uk/sheffield/index.html as is linked from the article. The Sheffield Hallam University site certainly was a local resource of an overarching national body years ago, which maintained links to regional public art lists. I can't find the overarching list now and suspect it was an Arts Council site, now subsumed by https://publicartonline.org.uk/resources/index.html which states ixia has taken over the ownership and management of Public Art Online from Arts Council England.
