Format?

Back in 2009, the table was created to segregate out the common carriers (rail operators) from companies that just own rail cars. if the last letter is u, x , or z then it belongs in the list. otherwise, it is a carrier and belongs in the table. there seem to be a few mistakes. this was only done for "a". it's not very clear and should be explained better. if there are going to be two "lists"' they could both be in table format or both be in list format. i think they should both be the same (either both tables or both lists). and then the changes should be carried to "b" to "z" also
