This article was formerly called "Washington Global Health Alliance", which is an organization which does not meet Wikipedia's notability criteria. Instead of deleting that article, J04n closed a deletion discussion by moving this article to become the start of a list of research institutes. Thanks to doncram for proposing this way to save the content and Dennis Bratland for recognizing the original problem. Thanks J04n for moving this article.
