Can we get rid of this "Dire Wolf" project?

With the recent news that Dire wolves were quite distantly related to wolves & other canids. This project just seems rather superficial compared to other projects, which is using animals from the same species. Can't forget the environmental & conservation uses of these projects. Selective breeding

The Selective breeding section should be removed. Neither the quagga, nor the aurochs nor the European wild horse have been "resurrected" by selective breeding. There is already a page for "breeding-back". DFoidl (talk) 12:18, 30 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please note WP:OVERSECTION. It is not normal to include subsection headings when a section only contains a single section with a single paragraph.
