Image copyright problem with File:Season1cast.jpg
editThe image File:Season1cast.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Character list and subarticles
editOver the years, there have been multiple attempts to clean up and merge the various SeqQuest character lists and character articles (most recently a few weeks ago) so that WP:NOTPLOT and WP:Writing about fiction are satisfied. However, each cleanup attempt was reverted after a while without addressing the underlying problems. I assume the editors doing this were unaware of the policies and guidelines situation (despite the merge/redirect edit summaries), that's why I make this note here.
Yes, some characters may potentially be notable (see WP:GNG) to have a stand-alone article, but notability is currently not established. To have a stand-alone article per se, notability can and should be clearly demonstrated by adding independent secondary sources to the talk pages or (even better) by adding the relevant material to the article itself. Non-independent sources do no establish notability, but can help to make the character qualify as a WP:SPINOUT/WP:SPINOFF as well. As long as neither point is satisfied (and WP:NOTPLOT is violated), all characters can be covered in this character list, and I'll keep restoring the redirects and point to this discussion. If you disagree, say so below (be aware of WP:NOTPLOT, WP:GNG and WP:WAF though). – sgeureka t•c 13:51, 25 January 2020 (UTC)
- Funnily, I was just about to post on your talk page. I'm pretty sure this IP is the same exact person who obsessively undid any attempt I made on these pages, so I don't think discussion will help much. I'd say page protection is likely the only way they won't attempt it again. TTN (talk) 13:54, 25 January 2020 (UTC)
