This a well reasoned start to an article that can prove interesting and informative. I suggest we look at a similar article: List of serving heads of state and government that have visited Ukraine during the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
We can build upon the model and information used in the article regarding leaders visiting Ukraine. I'd suggest the addition of information on what major statements the leaders said, commitments etc.
For example, Biden and US support, aid; Macron on building a coalition to destroy Hamas like the coalition built to destroy ISIS.[1][2]
