Uruguay
editThe official name of Uruguay was "Eastern State of Uruguay" (Estado Oriental del Uruguay), not "Eastern Republic of Uruguay", until March 1, 1919, when the Uruguayan Constitution of 1918 came into force. See [1] and [2] in the Spanish-language Wikipedia. I have changed the article accordingly, but all other "List of sovereign states" pages before 1919 should also be changed.
