Talk:List of tribunals in the United Kingdom
This article is rated List-class on Wikipedia's content assessment scale. It is of interest to the following WikiProjects: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Information Commissioner
editThere is no citation given for classing the Information Commissioner as a tribunal. The inclusion of them in this list seems very dubious. Mauls (talk) 19:37, 23 May 2022 (UTC)
Also noting that the issues that the ICO makes administrative decisions on are appealable to the First Tier Tribunal, which further undermines any suggestion that the ICO is a “tribunal”. Mauls (talk) 19:39, 23 May 2022 (UTC)
Rewrite
editI have rewritten the page so as to be less of a list of legislative provisions, and more a description of what each tribunal does. I have also removed abolished tribunals (eg those merged into the First-tier and Upper Tribunals). It probably needs more work to reflect differences in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
