This is a list of formally recognized saints, not pseudo-saints! Also on the American Saints page, the 'candidates for sainthood' section is inappropriate as it is highly variable and controversial in relation to official causes. Almost all of those mentioned are not studied as candidates, nor are they venerated and relevant! Jpmarques (talk) 17:01, 17 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
