Addressing the page's template/system regarding wins
editThis page of List of wins of now known Team Ineos seems to have unneeded information; in particular, notes of who led a jersey and when. That in my opinion is NOT a win for the team, and should not be added to this page. Every other Cycling team wins page does not have these "led" notes. I tried adding something more relatable to a win on Jumbo Visma's page of wins, which was adding Mountains, Points and Youth classification winners, and had it removed by another editor due to "not being a win". I also on 9 march 2019 removed these "led" notes on the 2019 section of this page and Paulpat99 understandably undid my edit with the reason "Keeping up with template/history these results stay". I strongly believe these "led" notes should be removed not only in order for Wikipedia to have every list of wins page of every team with the same format, but because those contributions are by no means wins for the team in my point of view. No one has replied or shown signs of interest for one and a half month. I therefore assume no one disagrees or has an opinion, so unless someone steps up, I will remove these "led" notes within 2 weeks(I am busy with army service), as I continue to believe they should not be counted as "wins", and this page isn't about general achievements. - I feel the led notes are indeed to be included in this page, it is an achievement within itself to even wear a leaders jersey. It provodes more detail as to the achievement of the team rather than a straight list. I do feel someoene needs to go through the results/races of the past few years and add them to the other teams pages. Paulpat99 (talk) 23:36, 10 August 2019 (UTC)
Article Name
editSurely the name of this article needs to be changed to "List of wins by Team Ineos" because that's what they're called now. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.21.54.197 (talk) 12:47, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
- The name is List of wins by Sky Professional Racing and its sucessors, so no name change is required. Paulpat99 (talk) 22:13, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
