Untitled
editHey everyone, this is kind of weird: On the summary on Thesimpsons.com (http://www.thesimpsons.com/episode_guide/1906.htm), the ending is different:
"Upon their departure, Bart grabs the balloon’s rope to get Milhouse to stay, and is whisked into the air. Six weeks later, with Bart still hanging on, Norbert lands the balloon in the middle of the Chinese Olympic stadium that’s under construction.
Among the laborers are Milhouse’s parents, paying their debt for being rescued by a Chinese submarine."
Is that common? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.230.70.140 (talk) 22:44, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
I think there's a big cultural reference missing; doesn't Bart do some dance to get attention and Marge joins in. I think it was called smoshing or something. Danish vs. Dutch
editI didn't get the Danish vs. Dutch aspect. "Van Houten" is more likely to be Dutch, and Danes aren't known for windmills to my knowledge. Also if both men are named "Vanhouten" how are they supposed to have different nationalities if they are brothers? I'm sorry, I realize it's just the Simpsons here, but I don't even see how it makes sense at an ironic humor level. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.72.215.225 (talk) 19:34, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
- Good question, it doesn't really make sense...but neither does a good amount of the stuff on The Simpsons Ctjf83Talk 20:21, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
- Umm Denmark has the world's highest percentage of windmills.122.106.205.74 (talk) 07:08, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
So far?
editThe show is called "the third highest of the season so far". So far? Isn't the season ended? I change. Quispiam (talk) 11:49, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
Quimby
edit87.112.243.195 (talk) 17:25, 26 April 2010 (UTC) According to a image on the page, it says "Joe Quimby Acting Mayor". That describes that Joe Quimby is acting' mayor. 87.112.243.195 (talk) 17:25, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
