Name in traditional letter

edit

劉雲山 or 劉云山 ? In simplified characters 云 and 雲 are conflated, but they are two different letters meaning different things. The former ("cloud mountain") makes more sense than the latter ("utter mountain"). Anyone has an access to official CPC documents written in traditional characters for audience in Hong Kong and Macau? Amythewillowprincess (talk) 17:20, 16 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

I note that people.com.cn writes his name in the traditional character version webpages as 劉雲山. Entry edited accordingly. http://politics.people.com.cn/BIG5/8198/105667/105818/index.html Amythewillowprincess (talk) 17:22, 16 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Birthplace

edit

This page says he was born in Inner Mongolia (actually it would be Suiyuan at the time), but China Vitae says he was born in Xinzhou, Shanxi Province.[1] Which is right? Lam Loi Fung (talk) 02:37, 16 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
