I have removed the WP:Death banner, as the article is not within the scope of the project. According to the title, the main focus of the article is the Llaguno Overpass. The massacre that occurred there is an incident that occurred there, but is not the primary focus. If a separate article is written, such as Massacre at Llaguno Overpass, or something similar, then that article would be within the scope of the project. - Boneyard90 (talk) 18:02, 8 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Boneyard90: I renamed the article as "Llaguno Overpass events" since nearly all of the article's content is about the events of April 2002 and the shootout in Caracas, and there's little to no information regarding its construction or structure.--Jamez42 (talk) 22:47, 8 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
