Citation template

I generally don't use fly-by templates, since I'm generally against them philosophically, but I went ahead and added it to this bio because there are no references supporting the content about Eisler's skating career. As a matter of fact, none of the un-sourced information about his career appears in his partner Isabelle Brasseur's bio. Currently, this bio reads more like a celebrity feature than an encyclopedia bio. I suggest that if someone is serious about improving this bio, to use the content I just added to Brasseur.
