The subject of survivor edit deleted for Moffett Field was apparently there at one time, but the patrol aircraft now on static display are a P-3 and a P-2. Courtesy of Google satellite.--Reedmalloy (talk) 15:49, 5 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Mystyrious crash in Germany 1962

edit

Maybe this accident is worth a note:

The final investigation report is still classified, all men dies: 26 crew + 19 civilians (interpreters?), cause could be an explosion (sabotage?)

Best regards, --188.99.113.16 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 13:23, 3 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Individual incidents are beyond the scope of the article in any detail. The lost aircraft is one of those totaled in Navy losses. The total crew and fatalities were 26, not 45. The incident may indeed be noteworthy of its own article, such as the four already linked in the article.--Reedmalloy (talk) 03:39, 4 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
