This page has many issues. I have been unable to locate any information about the subject, but the given reference seems to be to বীরভূমের ইতিহাস প্রসঙ্গে, a Bengali book about the region Birbhum. here's a reference to the book in the National library of India. I have not found what a "kavial" is, but I am guessing it is related to Kavigan, which references the subject of this article.
