editWhats with the damn picture that has no explanation or translation? Is it even relevant, a better picture might be of the League's flag or Heraldry if it has one. 69.17.155.35 20:43, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
We need a disambiguation page or something. I ended up here looking for Lombard League Dvd Avins (talk) 11:42, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
orphaned sentence fragment

This page is awful and biased
editThis page is obviously not drawing from serious enough scholarship and was drawn up with a strong political and celebratory bias. It's immediately telling how the name is given in "Lombard" (a language that is as such very complex to define, both now and then, and is left undefined in the article) and Italian. The most important version should have been in Latin: "Societas Lombardiae", which is the language of the documents. The oath of Pontida is taken for granted while most historians doubt of its occurrence. This is a mess and needs to be completely rewritten. The authors should be flagged. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Maxos parmensis (talk • contribs) 20:48, 16 November 2024 (UTC)
