An IP editor changed the Rescue section title to "Theft". While this is perhaps technically correct, looting is not normally described as thieving and WP:RS describing Dunne's actions as theft appears not to exist. We have to stick to what does exist. There is also some ambiguity in the grammar of Dunne's account, as to whether he bought the dog from a Frenchman or came across it elsewhere. "Acquisition" is the best compromise I can come up with, though it is a touch pompous. Anybody got any thoughts/suggestions? — Cheers, Steelpillow (Talk) 13:19, 13 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
