This title is really confusing. I've found sources which say its in the Peerage of England [1] and sources that say it was in the Peerage of Scotland [2]. There also seems to be uncertainly about whether 'of Forfar' was part of title, and when the title became extinct/dormant, some sources say 1751 others 1845.
