Assigns Whatsoever
editI have now removed this phrase of my own volition; "As such the title is one of the few recognised peerage titles that could be legally sold, or passed on to heirs not of the body." I maintain, however, that this is the consequences of the barony's remainder being to "assigns whatsoever", ie. it can be assigned. --Counter-revolutionary (talk) 14:32, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
