Large updates to LACBA page
editI am an employee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Newer to the organization, I read the Wiki description and noted it has been several years since it's been updated. Some areas are new and expanded while others no longer exist. l added in general descriptions as much as possible...avoiding adjectives and focusing on accuracy.
