Fatwa - Article not complete
editThe Fatwa that this criminal has done against an Iranian living legally in Germany is a crime under Federal German Law. Ordering someone to kill a person is a crime. It is also under German Law a hate crime and qualifies for "abject motivation" in respect to the penalty.
