Lu (surname 卢)Lu (surname 盧) – The pages should be kept as traditional Chinese unless specified so to avoid confusion between characters simplified the same way Opacitatic (talk) 01:26, 23 October 2016 (UTC)--Relisting. Armbrust The Homunculus 08:57, 31 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

To rephrase your argument, Timmy, the title might violate WP:UE, a shortcut to the policy page's section. However, the section doesn't say that a Chinese character should be discouraged. Also, the surname is already transliterated per policy. Guidelines WP:NCUE and WP:NC-ZH (probably) do not address the disambiguation of surnames with similar pronunciations and/or transliterated spellings. The same goes for the policy WP:UE. --George Ho (talk) 16:46, 12 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
Why not just use both traditional and simplified?--Prisencolin (talk) 22:56, 27 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
