Louang Namtha appears to be the French transliteration, whereas Luang Namtha seems to be the English one? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I suggest renaming this article to Luang Namtha, not so much because this is the English-language Wikipedia, but because Louang Namtha gives 19900 hits on Google whereas Luang Namtha gives 94700 hits. //Hurukan 22:50, 20 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
