Anti-War
editCan we call this song anti-war? He contrasts his balls, his manhood, to a worthless medal, a speech and 21 useless shots. He puts one of the most honorable words, hero, next to a swear, fucking. It's like "this is all we get from war". "Follow me" is an appeal to join pacifism/Vietnam-War-Enemies. Also, Dave van Ronk sympathized with left-wing politics. So overall, I don't think there's good arguments for this to be pro-war. Any comments? --88.70.127.240 (talk) 17:31, 14 October 2014 (UTC)
