Lucero is also the name of a small Spanish country band.

Not objective at all

edit

This sounds like it came from a press release by the band. Nick43543 03:16, 12 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

They create beautiful music. —Preceding unsigned comment added by AliensPhD (talkcontribs)

i agree the tone and writing style for the description of the band members is inappropriate. it's the same thing they have on their myspace page which basically IS a press release. i like lucero and have know about them for years. people who log on here are trying to find out about them though, and this article makes them look like douschebags. OMG, whatever...

Now edited to be more objective...

My name is Ben Nichols. I am a member of Lucero. I didn't know what Wikipedia was until yesterday, much less did I know that Lucero was actually on it. This website is different from something like myspace, and the content should reflect that. I think it does now. By the way, I don't think this is the type of forum that allows for the use of the word "douschebags" without reprimand. I think that is what myspace is for. I went ahead and changed the aesthetic look of the page, no new content. I don't know if the track listing was too much information, but I've seen it on other wiki music pages w/o comment, so thought I'd add it here. I'm a big fan of this band and would like to make this page as great as possible while staying within Wiki's bounds. Any comments/suggestions? MrBleu 19:37, 17 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I have a comment. I don't really like how the discography shows up below the external links. I wonder why that is happening. By the way, I only learned about the band Lucero today while I was studying cowpunk. BTC 12:31, 15 December 2007 (Eastern Standard Time)

Fair use rationale for Image:Lucero.jpg

edit

Image:Lucero.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
