editCan you please tell me why you took down the page on Lucian Grainge? I am a business school student doing a paper on Mr. Grainge and I noticed he doesn't have a proper bio on wikipedia. Seems silly in this day and age. I cut and pasted some bio info I was given from the company. Seemed neutral enough. Can we work together to get something up? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lolaeb (talk • contribs) 17:09, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
Its written like a brochure. It does not really comply with wiki standards. If concerned, please discuss further on the Lucian Grainge discussion page --MusicGeek101 (talk) 17:12, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
Ok that makes sense, it did seem a little long. i just thought something more meaty should be there. will try to format it and edit it so it conforms. would appreciate your help because i am brand new to this. going to discussion page as you advise. thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lolaeb (talk • contribs) 17:22, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
start with early life, then career. There is no need for a section on Amy winehouse, he has worked with so many people there is not need for one artist to have an exclusive section. Quotes about him are also not needed. Its technically trivia. --MusicGeek101 (talk) 17:25, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
OK I will give it a shot, thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lolaeb (talk • contribs) 18:10, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
Hi Music Geek - I finally got around to making some edits. Lemme know if it works but if it's ok, please don't take down the whole thing at once if you don't like it, because it took me a very long time to do it! Also, i think i can get a photo but i have no idea how to upload it. Thanks!! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lolaeb (talk • contribs) 23:05, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
picture?
editThere is a picture for his predecessor Doug Morris, should we put in a picture here for Mr. Grainge?--MusicGeek101 (talk) 20:15, 9 July 2011 (UTC)
education?
editDoes anyone know what college/university he went to? that would be a useful bit of information to put in the article? --MusicGeek101 (talk) 20:36, 3 July 2011 (UTC)
He didn't go to university. Stop sucking up to him - he hates people who do that. (----)
Is he Jewish?
editI read that in some places but still haven't been able to confirm it with a reliable source. Help anyone? Shalom11111 (talk) 13:32, 30 August 2013 (UTC)

Elliot Grainge
editI was doing some research the other day on the Grainge family and found this mention of his son Elliot who is also in this article. Wondering if this can / should be discussed here? Grimothy29 (talk) 20:40, 10 March 2019 (UTC)
Fire
editThere should be a section about his response to the exposes about the destruction of UMG assets in the 2008 fire, and creditable sources who responded to his comments. Nicmart (talk) 22:40, 8 July 2019 (UTC)
Association with Diddy case
edit"Lucian Grainge filed a motion to dismiss all claims made against him last week, arguing the allegations are 'knowingly false and invented.'"
