Catilius Severus apparently influenced history in so many ways -- as an administrator, a general in the Parthian Wars, & as a parental force in Marcus Aurelius' life -- it seems proper to increase his importance. -- llywrch (talk) 17:56, 12 August 2017 (UTC)
To do
editSeverus was a correspondent of Pliny the Younger; this needs to be included. Further, the Historia Augusta claims he was treated oppressively by Hadrian -- although he wasn't the only friend of Hadrian so treated -- & suspected of seeking the purple was deprived of the office of Urban Prefect. (So much to add, not enough time to devote to Wikipedia.) -- llywrch (talk) 18:07, 12 August 2017 (UTC)
