Iuduan? Never seen this kind of spelling in pinyin... this is not pinyin, is this? @@" --User:Yacht (talk) July 9, 2005 16:49 (UTC)
- Unless the first letter is an L, then it could be pinyin. In pinyin, "i" shsould be spelled "Yi" and "u" should be spelled "Wu". So I think it is more likely "lu" than "iu". If it is a Chinese creature, it should have a Chinese name. The pinyin could be corrected only if someone can disambig the text Kowloonese 01:08, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
- Thank to Google, I was able to find a picture and the native text of luduan at [1] Kowloonese 00:12, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
Wrong info
editI'm 90% sure the most of the information on the article was wrong and the author confused luduan with the xiezhi. I've changed it to better reflect the articles on the Chinese Wikipedia and Baidu Baike. I used automatic translation from Chinese, so some info may be badly interpreted. Needs more verification, preferably from someone who speaks Chinese.--Nathan2000 (talk) 08:43, 13 January 2017 (UTC)
