Request to move article to Luis García Plaza

I believe we should move it because it follows WP:COMMONNAME criteria. It is recognizable and natural, as people will tend to search for Luis García Plaza rather than Luís García (footballer born 1972) or Luis García and then try and find it among all the other footballers born in different dates. Thus, making it a more precise article title. Furthermore, most of our sister pages already use Luis García Plaza as article title (e.g. Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Indinesian, etc) and the reason behind it is because media refer to him by his full name, Luis García Plaza.

  • Strong Oppose most of the references and external links list him as "Luis García" without maternal surname, and that is his WP:COMMONNAME, Most of the English references also list him as just "Luis García". If others know him by his full name, they are redirected to this page anyways, but as it stands it follows standards Wikipedia convention. References on page that list him as just "Luis García": 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15.--Ortizesp (talk) 13:23, 18 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
