Wikitables
editPlease see WP:WHENTABLE and WP:LTAB (the first, part of the MOS guideline, and the second, part of the accessibility policy). Is there any reason to use a table that you can justify in policy? Tables are much harder to edit than formatted text lists. Why use them unless you are managing so much data you must? That is not the case here. 43 state championships and 16 separate sports are not really all that much data, in comparison to say The Beatles discography. There is no need to include anything about the class structure, as that only has context to readers in Michigan. Different states use different size categorization schemes. None of the states that border Michigan use a similar scheme, and even in Michigan, they have changed the class structure something like 10 times in the past 25 years.
