Proposed move
editI think this is more usually called the "zonal cavity method" because of the cookbook of factors based on room geometry. This needs some tables to illustrate the concepts, and a good description of the limitations. Does anyone still use this method, now that computers are cheap, good, and plentiful? And how about some *history* of the method? Who invented it,who promoted it, when did it start up (I'm guessing sometime after flurorescent lamps got popular)? --Wtshymanski (talk) 15:55, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
