Initial thoughts

I will review this article over the course of this week. My two initial thoughts are:

• It probably needs more diverse references - more sources that talk about Caldwell - whether they are biographies, or texts that draw on his theories and writings. DONE, + more coming.
• Obviously a photo is desirable, but I am familiar with the problems of locating photos eligible for free licencing, esp. of relatively recently deceased persons (can't take a photo of them, but most images are still in copyright period).

Briefly back

Sorry about the delay. More thoughts:

• First section should be "early life and education" and should tell us who his parents were and where he was born. DONE.
• Given that "Caldwell served as advisor or consultant to the U.S. Senate, UNESCO, the United Nations, the Departments of Commerce, Energy, Defense, and Interior, and the National Institutes of Health", do we know what he actually did in these roles? DONE.
• The first sentence under "Notable accomplishments" needs to be referenced. DONE.
  • This section also ideally needs a reference of an EIA textbook attributing EIA's origins in some way to the work of Caldwell. DONE.
• Given that there's no wikilink, I think we need to know what the William Mosher award actually is. DONE. Both Mosher & Dimock are American Society for Public Administration.
• Did he marry or have children? DONE, early life.

As you can see, directly or indirectly, many of these comments are about referencing the info. If the obits etc you've already cited are sources of several facts in the para, I'd cite them repeatedly. Tedious at first, but advisable as the article expands.
