External links modified
editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Lzip. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20110717001033/https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/lzip to https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/lzip
When you have finished reviewing my changes, you may follow the instructions on the template below to fix any issues with the URLs.

About Lzip on Wikipedia
editOkay, so the lzip folks have obviously done a tremendous service to the FLOSS community. But at the same time, they seem to be doing quite a lot of self-service, all-round, especially in Wikipedia. Just take a look at how all of these linked pages have evolved.
As such, I'd kind of like to put up a notification, here and elsewhere, about original research and primary reference. Because it kind of feels like it, despite *my* knowing for a *fact* that the algorithms pan out.
It's just that my or anybody else's knowing about it ain't what Wikipedia asks for... Decoy (talk) 04:07, 7 October 2019 (UTC)
