The title or adjective that defines the name for Ottoman personalities sometimes precedes and sometimes comes after the proper name in English-language sources, whereas they almost always precede it in Turkish. I checked English-language Google and the balance between "Müneccimbaşı Ahmet Dede" and "Ahmet Dede Müneccimbaşı" seems even in sources seen in Google in general with a slight advantage for the former among books. Therefore, I suggest we change the title to "Müneccimbaşı Ahmet Dede" which would not come against the seemingly more common use in English and would fully with the original Turkish language rules. I will shift it in a few days if no objections. Cretanforever (talk) 07:49, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
