1. There seems to be a bit of inconsistency with prepositions. Two junctions are "at" a city, while one is "in" it.
2. I would consider the interchange with I-94 and US 127 a major junction.

Lead

1. The first sentence is technically misleading. The route is not only near Jackson, but also in it.
2. It connected U.S. Highway 12...to what?
