• "May or June" needs to be rephrased. Make it sound sure while still being factually correct.

• A new alignment to M-116? If so, please clarify that M-116 was the route that was realigned.
  • Since the paragraph has not mentioned anything but M-116 to that point, context says that yes. Further explanation would be both redundant and superfluous. Imzadi 1979 →
