Translation of abbreviations from one language to another can result in more than one possible variation. However the Football Association of Malaysia's website refers to this club with the abbreviation "MPPJ", rather than "MBPJ" (as do many other websites) - so I think it makes sense to use that abbrevaition on Wikipedia.
