The result of the move request was: Page not moved: no consensus Ground Zero | t 15:14, 9 September 2014 (UTC)
– These pages were originally located at the target move names, until around yesterday when PhilippineRevolution (talk · contribs) moved the pages without a discussion to MPT 2 and MPT 2 Sat stating "real acronym based on official logo" and "official name and acronym used in the logo". The user also moved other Macedonian Radio Television related pages from "MRT..." to "MPT..." citing the same reason, to which have been moved back. As per the guidelines at WP:UE; "Names not originally in a Latin alphabet, such as Greek, Chinese, or Russian names, must be transliterated." Since the Macedonian language primary uses Cyrillic, "Македонска радио телевизија" (МРТ) would be correct in Cyrillic, but transliterated "Makedonska radio televizija" (MRT). - Oppose: Basically the logo is already "MPT" in a romanized manner and base on my research, only uses the "MRT" designation for invocation of the whole name in English or for the url of Macedonian Radio Television as the broadcast company and not its channels such as MPT 1, MPT 2, etc as they leave those in acronyms only in which a romanized "P" is acceptable just as a romanized "V" and "E" is acceptable to Volkswagen despite its romanized translation to be Folkswagon due to the former being included in logos wherein the name of the company is indicated and the dutch letters has been replaced by romanized V and E respectively instead of translating to F and O, plus the romanized "VW" logo itself just as the romanized MPT logo. In addition, if there are articles that could have the same heading of the title, it is better to leave the page as a disambiguation page rather with a hatnote especially the latter is used if there is already a distinguisher in the name such as what he did there "MRT 2 (TV Channel)" it has come to my attention too that a certain MRT 1, MRT 2 and even MRT 3 exists also in Malaysia as train lines and therefore your hatnote proposal would just not work therefore should be instead really be converted into a disambuigation page. So in line with this i believe that MPT must prevail or at least a disambuigation page should prevail. Lastly, translitterated names are only exclusive to names needed to be invoked as a whole and is not understandable in the english language, therefore acronyms such as the romanized MPT is not included in transliteration as it does not need to be transliterated anymore due to the acronyms not showing any nonunderstandable word or in the case of the logo or acronym, an nonunderstandable character.
