Is there any point in having private use characters in this table? I don't think they will display properly on any device. I prefer using � and noting they aren't in Unicode. If they remain, they should at least be marked somehow so the reader can tell they're not defined Unicode characters but a vendor-specific PUA mappings (like 0x14/F8FF is).
