In-universe issues

This article is extremely in-universe. In this edit - [1] - I have removed a chunk of information - which is basically plot rehashing. The whole point of the development section is to explain how the character develops - this can be using interesting facts, behind the scenes info, cast member or production team opinion and reasons why the character was written or developed in a certain way - notable info with the real world perspective.

This particular part I have removed is a prime example of this article's failures at sticking with WP:IN-U. For the information about Maddie, Callum and Tara was built from five different episode recaps by entertainment websites. Nothing special - generic episode guides and some actually did not fully support the claims in the text. It was a plot summary and no indication given to the reader why it is even mentioned. If certain aspect of a storyline fails to gain coverage - then it probably isn't worth including on this encyclopaedia - seems better suited to a fansite. The problem is that there is more of this - I'm aware of interviews out there which can turn Maddie and Joel rehash bit into real world development - so I've left that.Rain the 1 10:46, 28 April 2012 (UTC)

I have removed the episode recaps from the Storyline section - consensus is not to source plot as the series is the source and it is well manned - per WP:SOAPS. I found that 6 of the episode summaries did not support the claims in the text. They can be restored if this requirement changes at the project - the perhaps the use of actual episode citations wouldn't hurt..

Then the other thing was the overuse of Digital Spy as a source - it needs to stop when there are alternatives - so if DS are reporting a story from a partner or external source - be it a soap magazine, newspaper or any other website, look into finding that sourcing and using it instead. You have to show that the subject it covered in multiple reliable sources - not just Digital Spy.Rain the 1 10:46, 28 April 2012 (UTC)

Maddie was a cold hearted diva who made esther's life hell, she died in "enjoy the ride" where they crashed into a wedding venue (we alsolost some great actors like rhys.) maddie turned her back on friend neil and let him die, after a explotion in the car, parts of it flew everywhere, everyone ducked and moved out the way, everyone but maddie, a car door flew from the sky and landed on her knoking her down to the ground.
