Nationality of Rickard Österberg
editRickard Österberg has moved from Sweden to Norway during the season. While I suppose he is still Swedish, his residence has changed to Norway. The DCI thus ranks him as Norwegian and would also invite him to the Worlds for the Norwegian team if he qualified. So as what should we list him then? Right now I prefer to go with the DCI, but I'm not really convinced of either approach yet. Any thoughts? OdinFK (talk) 08:30, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
