Merger with Wallerawang Colliery
editI didn't suggest the merger, but I would agree with it. There's just not enough information to write an entire article on the Colliery branch. JRG 12:27, 23 May 2007 (UTC)
Complete List of Stations?
editWhat about a complete list of stations on this line? Tabletop (talk) 03:01, 13 July 2009 (UTC)
- this would be on the map, or check Rolfe's link for the line --Dave Rave (talk) 04:23, 13 August 2014 (UTC)
Little zig zag
editUser:Dave Rave/sandbox1#Main West
(expand Penrith), redo the zig zag, does that look better enough to copy over ?
(expand Katoomba) update Clarence
(expand Lithgow) moved two to sub text and one to the next line and subtext so the line doesn't kick out at the bottom. Maybe some1 smarter could just fix it, but here's my suggestion. Good ? --Dave Rave (talk) 07:04, 13 August 2014 (UTC)
Lucasville, Breakfast Point
editPretty sure Lucasville should be marked as a turnback, like Lapstone Bottom Points, and Breakfast Point should be a regular station?
Not sure how to make the change though.

when ?
editdoes Drover's edits of 2016 get to be addressed using wp:BRD or wiki edit warring or wiki other thingy or anything escalating her ignorance over the actual actuality ? Dave Rave (talk) 08:06, 18 February 2017 (UTC)
- No, DR made an edit, DW reversed with a suggestion it be taken to the talk page. Per WP:BRD, onus was then on DR to initiate a discussion on the changes proposed, which was not done. For what its worth, agree with DW's reversal, DR's edit was an unnecessary change to some thing that was WP:NOTBROKEN. Einenho (talk) 03:12, 21 February 2017 (UTC)
- this is not a broken redirect situation, it's "I don't understand your simple template that makes things easier to read update, I'll revert this on a page that I've never ever made an edit on because if I don't understand it, it must be silly" Dave Rave (talk) 20:04, 21 February 2017 (UTC)
nonsensical claim
editThe line to Walgett may have reduced the catchment of the Western Line to Bourke, somewhat, but the line to Brewarrina did not, because the line to Brewarrina was a feeder branch of the Western line.Lathamibird (talk) 15:46, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
- ah, that bit, it doesn't make much claim about which catchment area (river), but it might also be the rail lines catchment (goods) Dave Rave (talk) 09:14, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
