@DavidCWG, checking with Earwig's tool, I see that there are several parts which are excessively close paraphrases of the WaPo article. Please rephrase these parts so they're less close, without compromising their meaning; it might help to look at more secondary sources rather than relying mainly on one source to write all these paragraphs.
