Notation

My texts seem to use C_p, rather than Cp, except once in an index. Any objections to doing this in the text? I don't know how to treat the article title sensibly. Melcombe (talk) 13:15, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

Article name

Both are accepted styles, but the one used in this article, “Mallows’s”, agrees with the titles of the two references that have his name in the title. We have to do it the way the literature does. Loraof (talk) 17:48, 30 May 2018 (UTC)
